Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Thirst. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Bank Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Note: Orders with multiple items may be delivered separately.

Standard shipping times

Shipment method 

We use a variety of providers like Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, and YANWEN. Presently, we don't let customers select their preferred provider. Orders via YANWEN might be handed to UPS, Evri or Royal Mail for final delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MyThirst is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In the unlikely event that you have received your order damaged, please contact us via email - help@mythirst.co.uk, and a member of our team will help to resolve the issue.

As a small retailer, we have opted for the most environmentally friendly way to ship our products & reduce our carbon footprint. With everything going on in the world we believe retailers should now be more climate-conscious than ever. We ship directly from supplier to your door to reduce the burden that operating large stock warehouses have on the environment, because of this, our shipping can take a little longer than other mass retailers. 

We hope our customers understand that by ordering through us, it may take a little longer for you to enjoy our products but you'll be doing the planet a favour by waiting just a touch longer. After all, Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
