Returns:
- Our policy for returns lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
- Given the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened with intact packaging and tags. This ensures that each product is brand new, safeguarding the health and safety of our customers.
- Upon opening the package, the products are deemed used and, therefore, cannot be returned unless found defective.
- To initiate a return, please send us images of the unopened package within the 14-day window to help@mythirst.co.uk. Once we verify the status of the package, we'll provide a return address. Please note, return shipping expenses are your responsibility.

Defective Items:
- If an item is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, please reach out with:
- Order number, SKU of the defective item, and a brief issue description.
- Images or video of the product, showcasing the problem.
- Once the problem is confirmed, we will either replace it with the same item or provide a full refund.

Before reaching out, please ensure:
- The product has been fully charged.
- All functionalities, including remote controls, have been tested as per the instruction manual.
- Products from our store should not be in use while charging.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Order Cancellations:
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placement. After this window, given our expedited processing times, it's challenging to halt shipment.
- If a package is already in transit and you no longer require it, we recommend declining the delivery. Should acceptance occur, please refer to our return policy.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Items:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Bank Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Note: Orders with multiple items may be delivered separately.

Shipment method
We use a variety of providers like Royal Mail, Evri, UPS, and YANWEN. Presently, we don't let customers select their preferred provider. Orders via YANWEN might be handed to UPS, Evri or Royal Mail for final delivery.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
